The Yoga Lounge is a haven where you can unwind and relax. The focus lies on physical, emotional and spiritual development.
At The Yoga Lounge, you will receive personalised instruction in a relaxed environment as your mind and body becomes stronger, flexible and balanced. We emphasise on correct body alignment while doing any posture moving from the periphery to the center of our beings. The classes are of 60 minute duration covering the major aspects, as in, breathing(Pranayama), Postures(Asanas), meditation (Dhyana) and deep relaxation( yoga nidra).

Ayurveda to reduce heat in the body-
This summer I've, surprisingly, come across more people complaining about increased 'pitta' or heat in the boys. Here's a quick tip to counter that with Ayurveda.
In a glass of warm water, add 2 teaspoons of coriander powder. Drink twice daily until the symptoms subside.
