We design the class after health assessment of the practitioner. Our trainers are very knowledgeable, authentic and certified from top yoga universities. They are deeply rooted with the sense of service and are capable of giving different yoga and meditation packages.

Yoga is a lifestyle and people who understand this values it. This family has been doing yoga with me for the last 2 years and they have seen drastic improvement in terms of health, weight loss, flexibility and strengthening.
Both the kids are so dedicated and love doing yogasanas. This shows what we teach our kids in the early years, that becomes their habit and lifestyle.

We all know the benefits of yoga but then also I would like to highlight a few of them :
*Yoga withdraws our attention from the outside world and connects us to our inner wisdom .
* Help us to accept whatever the situation is and let go whatever is not meant for us.
* Better focus and concentration
* Purify our soul and help us to surrender ourselves to our current situation

Regular practice of yogasanas along with pranayam and meditation not only improves our health, it also helps us to become a better human being ❤️

Remember : Difficult does not mean Impossible

If it's difficult for you to exercise then you can start with stretching for 10-15 mins.
If it's even hard for you to take out time to exercise then you can just start with sitting or lie down stretching while relaxing.
But you just need to start .
It's never too late to start .
Make exercise the most important part of your daily routine .

Many of us think or feel that yoga should not be done during the menstrual cycle. But according to me doing yoga at that time helps you to ease your abdominal pain and cramps. It makes you feel much better and elevates your mood.
