Why satvic Lifestyle required?
Our ancestors have had long life without diseases.
In ancient time, our ancestors have had food, that directly come from mother nature.
Nowadays, we are moving to packet food or you can say the dead food that coming from factories.
Due to this dead food we are inviting lots of diseases like cancer, arthritis,diabities and heart attack.
This time to change the habit, to change our lifestyle to live long happly life without diseases,our ancestors have had long life because they was depend on mother nature but not on packets.

So,here I am sharing my secret mantra for live long healthy life without diseases & worries.

1. Say no to packaged food, like wafers, biscuits,namkeen,choclates,packed milk
that's come from factories, that have lots of refined sugar,refined floor,palm oil and iodosied salt that's all enough to give us lots of diseases, instead of this say yes to fruits, vegetables and coconut.

2. Say no to Junkfood, Pizza, burger, fries, noodles,pastries,cake and momos,instead of this have say yes to oats,quinoa, vegetables soup,fruits juices.

3. Say no to 3 time heavy whole wheat and rice meal,instead of this say yes to 2 time meal and have more vegetables instead of more chappati and rice why I am saying this because our body takes time to digest wheat and rice due to this constipation and cancer develop,have food that consist more water , have chapati but with the mix blend of veggies like bottle-gourd,beet root,carrot and pumpkin, these veggies have lots of water. Swasth khao par galat mat khao..Radhe Radhe

Take the time to eat an orange in mindfulness. If you eat an orange in forgetfulness, caught in your anxiety and sorrow, the orange is not really there. But if you bring your mind and body together to produce true presence, you can see that the orange is a miracle. Peel the orange. Smell the fruit. See the orange blossoms in the orange, and the rain and the sun that have gone through the orange blossoms. The orange tree has taken several months to bring this wonder to you. Put a section in your mouth, close your mouth mindfully, and with mindfulness feel the juice coming out of the orange. Taste the sweetness. Do you have the time to do so? If you think you don't have time to eat an orange like this, what are you using that time for? Are you using your time to worry, or using your time to live?

जब सांसें विचलित होती हैं तो मन भी अस्थिर हो जाता है। लेकिन जब सांसें शांत हो जाती हैं , तो मन भी स्थिर हो जाता है, और योगी दीर्घायु हो जाता है। इसलिए , हमें श्वास पर नियंत्रण करना सीखना चाहिए।
