Very important to do it right:
Hands one arm's length from the wall.
Feet at a point where body stays straight with
shoulders stacked over hands.
Place hands one by one on the wall at shoulder level.
Keep scapula low once the second hand reaches the
wall.
Hollow body hold
Balance aur stability improve hoti hai
Daudna, kudna, push-ups, pull-ups - sab me core ka bada role hota hai. Bacchon ke liye to aur bhi important hai.
