Learning to lock arms under pressure
Endurance in full-body tension
Very important to do it right:
Hands one arm's length from the wall.
Feet at a point where body stays straight with
shoulders stacked over hands.
Place hands one by one on the wall at shoulder level.
Keep scapula low once the second hand reaches the
wall.
