We would like to inform you all Yoga Lovers that we will be started Common Yoga Protocol published by AYUSH Ministry, Govt. of India (the protocol was prepared after several scientific researches) w.e.f. 1st June, 2021 in Connection with International Day of Yoga 21st June, 2021. The IDY Protocol is for all Age Group persons.
