Today's MYND's session for the players was very fruitful as different exercises for the mind were demonstrated to help players stay calm and composed before and during a match.

‘MYND: heal to evolve’ organizes a four-week training workshop for performance enhancement through mind training to support the young athletes to improve their overall game performance. A team of experienced mental health professionals led by Dr. Mythili Hazarika; Founder MYND have committed to address the athletes stress and anxiety which hampers their performance in sports. As psychological strategies have become an integral part in combating sport related anxiety this is the first time in Assam that such an initiative is being undertaken by MYND which is supported by NHTTF to help the athletes with effective tools and techniques to manage and reduce performance anxiety in a four weeks free training workshop, which successfully started today morning (11th of June, 2023) at NHTTF premises.

Thank you to all for your efforts and cooperation, hoping for the same throughout the duration of this program.
