Hornbill Festival 2013 - Hali Welly photography ~ North-East-India | abode of the blessed The 2013 Hornbill festival was inaugurated by President of India Mr Pranab Mukherjee at the Kisama village of Nagaland. The festival started on December 1, 2013. Hali Welly shares some of his photos from the festival.
