How to perform Vajra Mudra?
ЁЯСЙЁЯП╗ To perform this; firstly come in any comfortable sitting yoga position such as Padmasana, Siddhasana, Swastikasana, Vajrasana, etc., and place your hands on the knee on the lap.
ЁЯСЙЁЯП╗ keeping the palm facing up, bend your small, middle, and ring fingers towards the palm, and tap the tips of all three fingers to the tip of the thumb.
