Faculty members, alumni, and students of IIEST Shibpur showed that they stand united, yet again.
Poulam Biswas, a first year student from the department of electrical engineering, has recently been diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and is in dire need of help.
The students of the institute took the initiative to gather support for him and his family.
The family seeks financial help of around 15 lacs as his medical condition might take around an year to recover.
The students look forward to your help and cooperation.

Realising the importance of appreciation in sports, A felicitation ceremony is scheduled to be held on 8th January 2020 in the Oval ground. Position holders for various sporting activities will be awarded with certificates and medals.
A list of all position holders will be released, the same students are required to be a part of this ceremony.

All the students are requested to attend the ceremony.
