Same Woman, Same worthπ
Transformation post π
These two pics are a year apart. So much can change in 12 months π
I am 5kgs heavier weight wise yet feel lighter as I move away from the weight of judgements , assumptions and perceptions π !
The woman on the left looked so different than the woman I look now.
I had cancer THEN, just did not know about, and I have just braved through it NOW.
Cancer changes our bodies, most days I donβt feel like myself at all.
Some days I mourn for my old , young and fit self. Being Fit doesnβt necessarily mean being Healthy though π.
I miss it. But I am also aware that it is upto me to pick up the pieces of my life and bounce back. My worth doesnβt change just because my body did, in-fact this experience has been even more humbling.
The body takes a huge toll, undergoes so much trauma. But what stays is our soul, our physical appearance changes, but we are still the same person.
Self-love is so important, we need to stop shaming our bodies, and love ourself for the person we are becoming.π Every day when I am reminded of the progress I have to make I say this to myself, and take one step forward to chart the journey towards more healing, mental and physical π
Choosing progress πover progression is such a tough one some days..but it's the one which brings in more peace and calm .π
Life is a book, and all chapters are meant to be in our life for a purposeπ
Well I may spend a lifetime trying to understand why I got cancer in the first place,
But what I do understand is that I am meant for a greater purpose , to share my journey, my experiences, and my light with fellow warriors πΉ
Dear warriors, donβt let anything or anyone dim your light, you are meant to be happy and healthy. And have a great life full of memories and experiences.π

Grace and strength ! Monday musings!
There are some days when you need to pick up all pieces of you , make it a cohesive whole and march ahead. Today is one of the days .
Grace and strength are the magical genies on these days.
Strength: A good strength session with some heavy lifting weights always does the trick for me. It makes me feel in control for that hour , helps me stay connected to to myself , and makes me feel strong and powerful πͺ. What are your ways to feel the strength
Grace: is the capability to move forward with a sense of purpose and calm, believing and knowing that there's always a bigger purpose and a shining light at the end of the tunnel.
A lot of mental talk goes into this and its a big play of the mind π. Taking a nature walk and becoming mindful of my talks helps me. What is your go to way to stay graceful in pressure situations

Life has meaning and yet it is limitlessπ
Recently I added a 7.5kg db set to my routine and I was super proud to achieve 20 reps of good form lift and press with it at one go. I did not think I could get here ..but who set that limit?? Its just in our mind !!
