He had already decent physique but gained fat during last year and reached till 100 kgs.
When he joined for online coaching we just started as normal fatloss phase and within couple of weeks itself he made good progress.
In Later weeks we decided to prepare for his first competition and from then things were changed.
We had decent amount of time for the competition and I planned his diet and training considering the timeframe and he executed everything very well.
Still we have almost 40days left for the

From 101.7kgs to 95.7kgs in 6weeks.
He joined my team with the long time goal of achieving his previous lean physique and short time goal of compete in Himalayan track on November 2021🎯.
As the goal requires him to build endurance and strength level along with losing weight (body fat).
So, I have calculated the time duration for that event and prepared the clear-cut plans to improve his overall work capacity , strength and endurance level.(weightloss is by product )
Losing weight slowly is not the case for him he has to get ready before the November for that tracking so his goal requires extraordinary work, from day 1 he his putting 💯 efforts.
With his consistency and work ethic we will make it more in upcoming days 💪🎯

Post pregnancy weightloss
In 7weeks she lost almost 7.4kgs (from 72kgs to 64.6kgs). We are still workingto get back to her old shape.
She started my coaching exactly after 4months of her c-section delivery.
Considering her health condition I planned the diet and training.
Being a mom it's really hard to do diet and training but she managed everything and was able to do bodyweight workouts in home along with quantified diet.

Your "environment and support system" plays a huge role to your fitness goals.
You may think having a perfect diet/training plan is what you required to Transform.
But in reality how you excute the plans "consistently" will helps you to reach your goal.
most people don't Transform even if they have proper plans/under a coach, have you been there ?
The main reason is they will get influenced by their support system and environment.
Having a strong support system and good environment makes the process easier for you.
I have seen many people who transformed had strong support from their partner/friends or family members, they are too supportive that helps them too stick to the plan and reach their goals.
Let's say you're starting a new diet but your friends or family members keeps on asking you to break your diet and buy things that makes you to eat out of the plans , chances of following the plan will become more hard.
You may get a perfect plan from your coach, but if you're too busy in work and forget to eat/cook your meals and get too hungry ,what you will do? based on your environment you will eat whatever available over there(mostly high calorie food).
So make your "environment and support system" to understand your goals and that will helps you to put consistent efforts towards your goals.

In just 3weeks he made some solid progress 😈
He follows the plan to T, and provide updates everyday without any excuses.
There are many reasons why I started his diet with 2700calories.
So don't eat very less just because you want to lose WEIGHT (there are some cases you can start with low calories.)
Every individual is different and their calorie requirements varies based on different factors.
Starting at very low calories may provide good results in the initial stage but if weightloss get plateau then it will become very hard to drop calories further. (You might end up in lots of hungernes and cravings)
So , Don't diet hard just diet smart.😉
I am very blessed to Coach people like him who provides regular updates and stays CONSISTENT everyday. 💪
This kind of mentees gives me different level of coaching experience. 😇
He also doing this so mark my words ,I will get him best condition of his life within this 100days 😈 I am man of my words 💪 you can call it as overconfident but I have 💯 trust on his work ethic 💪

2months progress of musclegain 😇
I just executed whatever my coach planned for me.
On June 21st restarted the gym workout after 2nd lockdown but was doing some light volume workout for 2weeks.
From July 2nd I started gaining phase and after 9weeks I just gained 2.5kgs.
Workout wise I did one muscle group per day gradually progressed on my lifts, most of the time same excercise and some different variations for isolation excercise.
Weekly 7days workout sometimes 6days with one day rest.
Diet wise started from 2700 calories reached till 3200 calories on last week.
Few times I missed my diet or had few things out of my diet plan (chai 😋)but almost 90% CONSISTENT on other meals.
I never missed a single workout session from last 9weeks, even I had more work/stress or less sleep.
I know it's not big gains but still it's a huge think for me.
Already we started our new training block and increased my calorie intake so hoping to make best gains in this block with my CONSISTENT efforts with my coach plans.
Forgot to mention this is a natural musclegain (I know where your mind goes.)
Sometimes you don't need steroids (for this average physique) you just need a knowledge/coach who can guide you on the right track.
