Floor Top – NM is a ready to use mixture of cement – properly selected and graded, washed and dried hard aggregates, polymer and additives. It is used as a concrete floor hardener for residential, commercial & industrial floors, as it forms a very high abrasion resistance to fresh concrete floor as a monolithic surface. It improves the strength and impact resistance of concrete floor to allow heavy duty movements. It provides a slip floor resistant surface, and is easy to trowel into the surface of fresh, wet concrete.

HOW TO USE:
Step 1: The base concrete should be of proper mix design without any floating of fine cement paste, segregation or bleeding.
Step 2: The concrete slab should be at least 15 cm thick and should contain an adequate proportion of cement.
Step 3: It is recommended that the floor be marked off into bays of known area.
Step 4: Level the freshly poured concrete by means of a vibrating beam.
Step 5: As soon as the plasticity permits, smooth the concrete preferably by using a mechanical Trowel.
Step 6: As soon as the plasticity or initial set allows, perform preliminary smoothing with the same machine running at low speed but equipped with metal smoothing blades, set at minimum angle.
Step 7: Any final smoothing required should be performed later with the machine running at high speed.

Conbond Repair-A is composed of acrylic co-polymer emulsions and additives. It is an acrylic emulsion cement modifier and is used as a bonding agent for new to old cementations substrates. It is specially designed for the use of a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementations systems. When mixed with cement, it forms a matrix and provides an excellent waterproof coating. It can be used for external applications.

HOW TO USE:
Step 1: Free the surface from oil, grease etc.
Step 2: Remove the loose concrete before applying and thoroughly wash with water.
Step 3: Remove dust and debris from the surface. Any reinforcing steel in the repair area should be exposed around its full circumference and cleaned to remove all loose scale and corrosion deposits.
Step 4: Apply one coat of concrete Repair-A mixed with cement slurry to all exposed steel reinforcement.
Step 5: Allow it to dry and then apply a second coat. It can be applied with a brush or rollers.

CURING AGENTS – CURING COMPOUND – AB
Curing Compound AB is an acrylic wax based membrane for curing concrete surfaces. The white pigment reflects the sun’s rays to hep keep the concrete sufrace cooler and prevent excessive heat buildup. Curing Compound AB has been formulated to simultaneously form a membrane to cure the concrete while also penerating into the surface to aid in the reduction of water and salts into the concrete.

HOW TO USE:
Step 1: Clean the concrete surface from water.
Step 2: Spray, brush or roll the curing compound onto newly placed concrete.(Application should be made as soon as the concrete is free from surface water) (For vertical surfaces, apply immediately after removal of formwork)
Step 3: Protect the area from rain for at least 2-3 hours after application.

Conflow-PCF2 is a high range water reducer and superplasticizer. It is a chloride-free, super plasticizing admixture based on selected sulphonated naphthalene polymers. It is supplied as a brown solution which instantly disperses in water. The very high levels of water reduction allow major increases in strength. It has high slump retaining ability which facilitates to transport to long distances.

HOW TO USE:
(The maximum dosage of Conflow-S3 has to be determined on trials at site to meet specific requirements using the materials and conditions that will be experienced in use.)
Step 1: To optimize the super plasticizing effect after the addition of Conflow - S3 Mix the admixture for at least two minutes or 80-90 revolutions in the concrete mix to attain high workability. (The normal dosage range is from 300 ml to 500 ml per 50 kg of cementations material.)

HOW TO USE:
(The optimum dosage of Conflow S2 should be determined by site trials with a specific concrete mix to facilitate Measurement of effects of workability and strength gain.)
Step 1: Mix Conflow -S2 with water and stir well for at least a minute.
Step 2: Add this mixed water to concrete.
Step 3: Mix well and apply after 15 minutes with trials. (The rate of addition
should be in the range of 350-500 ml for a 50 kg cement for high workability concrete.)
