Offline Batches (Mothinagar | Manikonda | Old Alwal / Kompally)

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Time: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM

Online Batch (IST)
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Time: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM

DRESS CODE

• Comfortable workout wear (track pants / T-shirts)
• Sports shoes or dance shoes (mandatory)
