💚The new dietary guidelines just dropped !! what a powerful visual.
These dietary guidelines replaced the guidelines set forth by MyPlate in 2011.
While my plate was better than the old food pyramid, it was lacking in some key areas like discouraging ultra processed foods and refined carbohydrates.
