Desire, Thought, and Inner Freedom

Thoughts are often fueled by desires. When desires remain unfulfilled, they leave impressions in the subconscious and unconscious mind. These impressions can continue to influence our thinking, creating new desires and keeping the mind in a constant state of fluctuation.

A restless mind finds it difficult to experience inner peace and clarity. On the spiritual path, liberation is approached by gradually reducing attachment and cultivating equanimity—the ability to remain balanced in all situations.

Detachment does not mean rejecting life. It means living with awareness, without becoming bound by every desire, fear, success, or failure. As attachment decreases, the mind naturally becomes quieter, more stable, and more peaceful.

Through meditation, pranayama, self-observation, and conscious living, the mind gradually settles into stillness. In that stillness, higher awareness begins to awaken, and the journey toward wisdom, freedom, and spiritual growth unfolds naturally.

A mind established in equanimity reflects the peace of the soul. When desires no longer control your awareness, consciousness expands, and the path toward liberation becomes clear.

One of my inner awakening program (mind mechanism). ( joyful Session)
A beautiful and joyful 2.5-hour Corporate Wellness Session conducted for KPC Projects Pvt. Ltd.
The session began with a short motivational talk inspired by the principles of conscious living, followed by experiential practices designed to help participants release stress, reconnect with the body, calm the mind and experience inner wellbeing.
🌿 What we explored:
Motivational talk on conscious living
Blissful and conscious movements
Joyful dance and movement
Chakra breathing practices
Breath awareness
Meditation
Deep relaxation
Mind-body awareness
Inner peace and wellbeing
Rather than spending hours listening to theory, the participants were encouraged to experience wellness directly through movement, breath, awareness and meditation.

The Journey: Wisdom → Liberation → Connection → Eternal Bliss → Beyond Breath → The True Source Within.

Part 3: Eternal Bliss

✨ Eternal Bliss is Not Happiness… It is Your True Nature ✨
People chase happiness in relationships, money, success…
But every happiness fades.
Why?
Because it depends on something outside you.
Eternal bliss is different.
It is not excitement…
It is not pleasure…
It is not even emotion…
It is a state of being
Where:
Mind becomes silent
Desires dissolve
You are no longer seeking anything
When you turn inward…
Through awareness, detachment, and deep observation…
You begin to feel a divine space within you
As this deepens, energy awakens…
(Kundalini rises naturally)
You may experience:
Unknown joy
Inner expansion
Deep peace beyond words
But understand this clearly:
👉 Even these are experiences… they come and go
True Eternal Bliss begins when: You are no longer dependent on any experience
You are no longer the mind
You are no longer the seeker
You simply are
In that state…
You don’t feel bliss…
You become bliss itself.

Kundalini: The Greatest Power Lies Within

According to my understanding, Kundalini awakens naturally in a sincere spiritual seeker through dedicated practice, inner purification, pranayama, meditation, and vairagya (detachment). It is not awakened by curiosity or force, but through patience, discipline, and genuine longing for truth and Self-realization.

Many people are fascinated by fictional superheroes and extraordinary powers portrayed in movies such as Thor, Transformers, Spider-Man, Superman, Batman, and X-Men. These stories inspire the imagination with external powers and heroic abilities.

From a spiritual perspective, however, the greatest transformation is not found outside us it is found within. Kundalini represents the awakening of our inner potential, leading to expanded awareness, wisdom, compassion, and inner freedom.

The true spiritual journey is not about becoming a fictional superhero. It is about awakening higher consciousness, realizing our true nature, and living with love, courage, peace, and wisdom.

The greatest power is not the power to control the world it is the power to transform oneself.

The First Movement of Energy — Kundalini 2/4

As inner awakening deepens, the body may begin to feel subtle vibrations.

At first, they are almost unnoticeable…
like soundless waves within sensed, not heard.

Then slowly, they intensify.

Currents may be felt moving through the body…
pulsing, flowing… especially around the spine, shoulders, and hands.

At times, it may feel like a fine luminous thread alive… moving… almost electric in nature.

But this is not physical electricity.

It is the awakening of inner sensitivity where the body and awareness become deeply attuned.

Each being experiences this differently.

The essence is not the sensation itself…
but the awareness behind it.

Because energy is only the beginning.
