When people are at the brink of wanting to give up, I try to bring them back to the the bigger pictu
Teach various exercises mainly focusing on abs & body slimming,Muscle Building, Body Toning etc.
-Training on aerobics, yoga, etc.
-Use of specific dance forms such as zumba, spinning, etc. that help reduce stored fat.
-Instructions on muscle toning & endurance.
-Conducted different physical education programs to create awareness about physical development & fitness.

If you're trying to hit your upper pecs, be careful not to arch your back too much on this exercise. If you arch your back too much it changes the pressing angle... basically you might as well be doing a flat/decline press.
