Special story of Mr. Chiranjeevi who is a private employee with more than 12 working hours per day. He is met with an accident in 2010 and underwent for spinal-cord surgery. His main problem was not only the weight, also body posture (always looks like bending to left side). His confidence of workout at gym was nil and not sure about lifting weights and managing exercises daily. Under my supervision he slowly started gaining confidence and reduced his weight from 90 Kgs to 80Kgs within 4 months. Most important achievement is body posture correction (now looking straight). He achieved his desired output after struggling for more than 10 years. Now he is more confident and started working with weights and planning to maintain healthy lifestyle and straight posture throughout the life.

This is story of Ms. Manasa my first PT client and how she has maintained her weight loss throughout my guidance and everything that goes along with it.
She has now pursued a certification program on personal training too and enjoying life to the best possible way. By changing her mindset about eating, her incredible weight loss journey began with a reduction of weight from 66 kgs to about 12 kgs in just 6 months along with the joys and struggles that come along with it. Another weight loss story of Mr. Sriram, a young individual who is a student. For years, he struggled to maintain a healthy weight and it was only when I offered online training sessions from June 2020 onwards his weight from 83 kgs and has significantly reduced 16 kgs i.e. within 4.5 months he also built lean muscle.
I also offer real-life advice for busy everyone on developing healthy habits, dealing with nervousness of having gained weight. For meeting designed fitness goals, one should understand that more of the weight loss motivation comes from within. Persons who reach their self-determined weight loss goals are more likely to maintain their weight loss long-term.Mr.Sriram weight loss journey is not only inspiring but has shown us that he is, in fact, anything but capable of meeting his personal wellness.

Weight loss just makes one look good and slimmer boosting confidence. My client, Mr. Bhanu my favorite student was 98kgs when he started journey he lost some weight in 1year but was not getting lean muscle look he wanted , he approach me for same.he lost 16kgs and built lean muscle under my instructions and guidance in 7months. He built lean muscle all through and is now fully fit and healthy. The healthy habits he developed during the weight loss journey are just his normal routine. He now eats what he loves, and has the stamina to do the things he enjoys more, and he just feels good about it.
