*Breaking News TS Wakf Board mein isse zyda loot. ACB Case of Disproportionate Assets registered by , against* Addl. Medical Superintendent, , , detects 4-bedroom flat, 2 Triple bedroom flats, 5 Double Bedroom flats, 4 Open Flats, Huge Cash, Gold, total worth over ₹8 crore acquired through (Market value in several crore).

A case of Disproportionate Assets was registered against Nori Lakshmi Bhasker, Age: 56 years, Occu: Additional Medical Superintendent at Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, R/o Kalpataru Apartments, Erragadda, Hyderabad as he has acquired assets disproportionate to his known sources of income by indulging in corrupt practices and dubious means during his service.

As this is an offence punishable U/s 13(1) (b) and 13 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (as amended in 2018), searches were conducted on 22-09-2026 at his residence and 7 other places belonging to his relatives, friends, benamis, and other associates.

During the searches, documents found:

◆ One four bed room flat in high rise gated community,

◆ Two Triple bedroom flats in the high rise gated community at Kukatpally

◆ Five double room flats at Manikonda, Petbasheerabad, and Kukatpally,

◆ Four open plots at yadradi, Nandigama, Shamirpet and one 800 Sq Yards open plot in Visakhapatnam City, Andhra Pradesh

◆ Bank balances of Rs.41,00,000/-

◆ Deposits in Post Office of Rs. 12,00,000/-

◆ Investment in private financial institutions of Rs. 35,00,000/-

◆ Investments in mutual Funds of Rs. 29,55,000/-

◆ Gold ornaments weight about 517.8 Grams

◆ Four wheelers viz. one Jaguar, one Audi, one TATA Nexon

◆ Four two-wheelers of Royal Enfield, Vespa, Activa, Yamaha, electronic gadgets worth of Rs 5,00,000/-.

The total worth of assets is Rs. 6,13,00,000/-.

The market value of movable and immovable property may be many times higher than the document value.

Further, it is learnt that, he has invested an amount of Rs. 1,30,00,000/- to purchase a flat which was in dispute before the DRT.

Another Rs. 1,33,00,000/- lent by him to various persons as hand loans.

Further verification of additional assets is underway.

The case is under investigation.

اردو میڈیم سے پڑھ کر پہلے انجینئر بنیں، پھر قانون پڑھا اور پہلی کوشش میں جج بننے کی راہ ہموار کرلی۔ ناندیڑ کی صائمہ نکہت شیخ کی متاثر کن کہانی۔

مہاراشٹر کے ناندیڑ کی صائمہ نکہت شیخ کی تعلیمی کامیابی کی کہانی سوشل میڈیا پر توجہ حاصل کر رہی ہے۔ خاص طور پر ان کے بارے میں یہ دعویٰ بھی کیا جا رہا ہے کہ انہوں نے مدرسے سے تعلیم حاصل کرکے جج کا امتحان پاس کیا، تاہم دستیاب رپورٹ کے مطابق یہ دعویٰ درست نہیں ہے۔

صائمہ نے اپنی دسویں جماعت تک کی تعلیم یوسفیہ اردو ہائی اسکول، ناندیڑ سے اردو میڈیم میں حاصل کی اور دسویں میں 85.40 فیصد نمبر حاصل کیے۔ اس کے بعد انہوں نے گورنمنٹ پولی ٹیکنک کالج، ناندیڑ سے میڈیکل الیکٹرانکس میں ڈپلومہ کیا۔ پھر الیکٹرانکس اور ٹیلی کمیونی کیشن میں انجینئرنگ کی ڈگری حاصل کی۔

انجینئرنگ کے بعد صائمہ نے نارائن راؤ چوہان لاء کالج میں داخلہ لیا اور ایل ایل بی کی تعلیم مکمل کی۔ رپورٹ کے مطابق انہوں نے ایل ایل بی میں 95.67 فیصد نمبر حاصل کیے اور اس کے بعد ایل ایل ایم کی تعلیم بھی جاری رکھی۔

صائمہ کے والد شیخ عبدالستار ناندیڑ سیشن کورٹ میں بطور بیلف کام کرتے تھے۔ صائمہ کے مطابق والد کی قانونی شعبے سے وابستگی اور مجسٹریٹ کے عہدے کو ملنے والی عزت نے انہیں بھی قانون کے شعبے کی طرف آنے کے لیے متاثر کیا۔

سب سے اہم مرحلہ اس وقت آیا جب صائمہ نے مہاراشٹر پبلک سروس کمیشن (ایم پی ایس سی) کے ذریعے جوڈیشل مجسٹریٹ فرسٹ کلاس (جے ایم ایف سی) کا امتحان دیا اور پہلی ہی کوشش میں کامیابی حاصل کی۔ یہ کامیابی 2023 میں رپورٹ ہوئی تھی۔

صائمہ نے خود بتایا تھا کہ انہیں اس بات پر فخر ہے کہ ان کی دسویں جماعت تک تعلیم اردو میڈیم سے ہوئی۔

اس لیے سوشل میڈیا پر گردش کرنے والے ’’مدرسے سے پڑھ کر جج بننے‘‘ کے دعوے کے بجائے درست بات یہ ہے کہ صائمہ شیخ نے اردو میڈیم اسکول سے تعلیم شروع کی، انجینئرنگ کی، پھر قانون کی تعلیم حاصل کی اور پہلی کوشش میں جے ایم ایف سی امتحان پاس کیا۔

ان کی کہانی اس بات کی مثال ہے کہ طالب علم کی ابتدائی تعلیم کا ذریعہ اس کی آخری منزل طے نہیں کرتا؛ محنت، مسلسل تعلیم اور واضح مقصد کے ساتھ آگے بڑھنے کے کئی راستے کھلے رہتے ہیں۔

Danam Nagender’s political journey is filled with ill-luck and except on two occasions, the party he contested from also failed to make it to power.

📌 1989 - Asif Nagar Assembly seat - he lost - INC came to power

📌 1994 - Asif Nagar Assembly seat - He won as INC candidate - TDP came to power

📌 1999 - Asif Nagar Assembly seat - He won as INC candidate - TDP came to power

📌 2004 - Asif Nagar Assembly seat - He won as TDP candidate - INC came to power

📌 2004 - He resigned & contested byelection on INC ticket but lost the bypoll to AIMIM candidate

📌 2009 - Khairatabad Assembly seat - He won as INC candidate and INC came to power - first time he and the party he contested from won

He was indicated into the Cabinet by Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy and Nagender’s dream was fulfilled to be a minister in YSR Cabinet.

But YSR died soon. But, Nagender continued in the Rosaiah and Kiran Kumar Reddy Cabinets of the INC

📌2014 - He lost as INC candidate to BJP nominee Chintala Ramachandra Reddy - TRS under KCR came to power

📌Nagender cleverly resigned from INC and joined TRS six months before the elections

📌 2018 - He won as TRS candidate and TRS came to power, breaking hai jinx for a second time.

📌2023 - He won as BRS candidate - BRS lost power to
INC under A Revanth Reddy.

📌2024 Lok Sabha elections -
Nagender crossed the floor and contested as INC candidate from Secunderabad Lok Sabha a seat and lost to Union Minister G Kishen Reddy. NDA under BJP came to
power in Delhi.

📌Nagender continued as INC MLA but was disqualified from April 2024 by the Telangana High Court on September 18, 2026 in a petition filed by BJP floor leader Aleti Maheshwar Reddy.
