Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose) is a challenging posture that tests your balance. It strengthens the ankles and thighs while stretching the hamstrings. If you are a runner and tight hamstrings are often a problem, this pose can be beneficial. If you need better balance and a strong core in your daily activities and in sport, this should be a must in your practice.
This posture helps damaged legs.
It tones lumbar spine and cure gastric troubles. it is good for backache and dysmenorrhoea
