The amount of things people will do to lose fat and gain muscle EXCEPT track their calories and get more sleep is beyond me .

Caffiene, fat burners,shakes etc etc and amount of rupees spent compared to just going to bed early and getting some sleep.

Anytime you are no longer making progress in the gym, feeling hungry than usual ,feeling more stressed, the first place you should seek is to fix your sleep .
