Are you an experienced logistics specialist with hands-on Shipping Line / Freight Forwarding / NVOCC / CHA operations expertise? If you understand vessels, liners, ICDs, port operations, documentation, and global trade workflows—this role is for you.

Role: Import & Export Operations Manager

Location: Jubilee Hills (Prashasan Nagar), Hyderabad

Mode: Work From Office

Experience: 7+ years (Shipping Line / Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory)

Salary: ₹8,40,000 per annum

Qualification: Graduate / Post-Graduate

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience in managing end-to-end import & export operations

• In-depth knowledge of shipping line processes, freight documentation, port coordination, customs, and trade compliance

• Experience with BL, SI, VGM, ICD movements, D/O, freight invoices, CHA coordination, CFS procedures, ocean and air shipment documentation

• Ability to work with carriers, NVOCCs, freight forwarders, ports, and terminals

• A proactive operator who can perform in a fast-paced logistics environment

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complete import & export cycles

• Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, CHA, and internal teams

• Handle all documentation and compliance requirements

• Track shipments and ensure timely follow-ups

• Drive process accuracy and operational efficiency

This position is suitable only for professionals from logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, maritime, NVOCC, or CHA backgrounds.
