****It is a myth that strength training will bulk up women due to fact that females dont have testosterone needed to build a lot of muscle mass & have high levels of growth harmone, estrogen naturally in there body and strength training in women improves muscle strength,endurance and tone up.The resulting look is firm feminine toning rather than BULK musculine muscles.As body began to develop lean muscle the process of fat loss is augmeneted & the body becomes firm........

# WEIGHT MANAGEMENT:Along with cardio workout it help to build a muscle which is metabolically active than fat,meaning you can burn more calories at rest .
# TONE UP:Whilst cardio training tends to burn more calories and decrease fat, resistance training can improve the appearance of the body by toning and firming muscles. These effects may not make a difference to your bodyweight.
Remember though, even if you do enough strength training to give you abs of steel, they won’t be visible unless you follow a healthy calorie controlled diet and do some cardio exercise to burn fat.

****If a client has such myth that strength training will make her bulk up then i will explain my client the need of strength training in cardio workout & to loose weight .I wil explaiin it as misconception.I monitor her program by planning more of cardio and less of strength training initially & progressing further.I will provide feedback by reassessing her bythird/ fourt week, by reaassessing her girth measurements , BMI,Waist hip ratio and body fat % by this i can show her changes in body fat% and by reassessing girth provide feedback that there is no increase in muscle mass.I will reassess this client every third or fourth week to show her improvements in weight loss and toning and to console her that there is no increase in muscle mass.The resulting look is firm feminine toning rather than BULK musculine muscles..............
