We are looking for Title Searchers with 2-5 years of experience.

*Should have experience in Netro Online.
*Knowledge of subscription sites and paid applications.
*Knowledge of retrieving and validating taxes.
*Should have a good understanding of PI, GI, and Grantor/Grantee.
*Experience in identifying various postings in the index and PI/GI. Able to match the Title Chain, identify FVD and vesting information.
*Should have good knowledge to check encumbrance documents and foreclosure procedures.
*Having an idea on validating Judgements, Bankruptcies, Probate, Divorce cases, etc.
Should be well versed with title documents, search packages & terminologies.
