Ingredients
• Fennel Seeds (Saunf): 1 tsp (highly cooling)
• Black Peppercorns: 5–6 (for a mild kick)
• Rock Salt (Kala Namak): ½ tsp (for digestion)
For the Drink:
• Gulkand (Rose Petal Jam): 1 generous tsp per glass
• Chia Seeds or Sabja Seeds: 1 tsp (pre-soaked)
• Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp (half a lemon)
• Ice Cubes: 1–2 large spheres
• Chilled Soda or Water: To top it off
• Fresh Mint Leaves: For garnish

Mango Gulkand Lassi
Ingredients
• Fresh Mango: Chopped into small cubes.
• Yogurt: Thick, plain curd or yogurt.
• Gulkand: One large spoonful of rose petal jam.
• Rose Syrup: A splash for color and floral sweetness.
• Ice Cubes: A few to keep it chilled.
Blend: Secure the lid and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Serve: Pour the pink-hued lassi into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.
