Comparison is the thief of joy. Being content with what you have is the key to happiness.
Some people often suffer from this syndrome where they feel left-out and feel that you get all the limelight and attention. These insecurities have increased in this era of social media where everything is about the number of likes, followers, etc.
So, if you come across a person who is negative or seems to hate you for no reason, please remember its not about you, itโs about them. So try to understand the underlying reason and be kind to them.
May your reaction changes them.

Mental health is just as important as keeping the rest of your body in good shape. Our minds, thoughts, and feelings need to be cared for frequently and purposefully. Mental health is governed by many internal factorsโlike anxiety, fear, depression, and worryโas well as outside forces such as sickness, hardship, and loss.
Our mental health influences so much about how we move through life, how we view ourselves, and how we relate to others. Thatโs why it is important to discuss our mental health with professionals or trusted friends to find ways of cultivating a positive and healthy mindset, and to be reminded that weโre never alone when we feel like our mental and emotional inner lives are not in a healthy place.
Sometimes inspiring words from people who deeply understand mental health, or have been through mental health crises of their own, can be helpful in our own mental health journeys.

Being an Army officerโs daughter gave me ample opportunity to experience and learn so many things in life, on top of it I was always an inquisitive girl, who always tried giving her best and learn as much as I could.
If it was up to me , if it was humanly possible, I would learn everything on this planet and may be on other ones too ๐ฝbut then, thereโs this lazy part of me as well ๐ฌ who just feels like sleeping whole day, binge watch and eat along with it๐ด๐๐บItโs a tough choice you see ๐ฎโ๐จ
But I found my balance ๐ง๐ป and I am pretty happy the way my life is, always always so grateful for every bit of it and still on the quest of discovering my hidden talents, which are not so hidden I guess, but who knows life is a quest in itself๐๐๐ป.

So like I said, been traveling a lot past few months, that made me experience variety of weather. Right now where I am itโs pretty cold ๐ฅถ and before this where I was, was pretty hot ๐ฅต, on top of all of this, I havenโt been regular with my practice. So all in all what I am trying to explain here is, that my body feels like a mannequin ๐ตโ๐ซ . Being part of this challenge is slowly turning this mannequin into a real human ๐ค๐ฝ๐

In every asana, the prescribed drishti assists concentration, aids movement, and helps orient the pranic (energetic) body. The full meaning of drishti isn't limited to its value in asana. In Sanskrit, drishti can also mean a vision, a point of view, or intelligence and wisdom.
I have been practising shifting the gaze in particular asanas and it definitely changes the balance that mind has created already, itโs like you are learning the asana all over again.
