*About Trainer*

*Mr. Kamlesh Jain director of Yogga Ocean Wellness Studio*. According to him yoga is about the balance between strength and flexibility. Yoga is a process of self realization. He is a world yoga champion, he won *Silver Medal in world yoga sports championship 2015 Malaysia.* He is UGC Net qualified in yoga subject and QCI (quality council of India) yoga instructor and he has also completed his *diploma of international yoga referee*, Malaysia. He is working globally in yoga field and his yoga workshop has conducted in *Ukraine and Dubai* also. He has given his services as a yoga trainer in *MPCA* (Madhya Pradesh Cricket Assosiation.
