“Contemporary Dance Workshop”

A 5 days intensive dance workshop on modern contemporary.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE WORKSHOP :-
1. 5 days intensive training will be provided in MODERN CONTEMPORARY AND BALLET from 3rd August’ 2021 to 7th August’ 2021.
2. Certificates will be provided to every student taking part in the workshop.

Workshop Module consists of the following :-

1. Basic 30 minutes workout in class to warm up the body.
2. 40 minutes alloted on the Techniques of Modern and Ballet.
Includes:-
i. Positions of arms & feet
ii. Plea & Releve
iii. Tendues
iv. Contraction and Release Technique
v. Combination of Plea and Tendue
vi. Accross the floor Modern Techniques
vii. Moving around the spaces
3. 40 minutes we will be alloted on the choreography on the song “Falling by Harry Styles”.

** Two 5 minutes break provided in every session

So here we announce a Dance Camp of 5 Days & 2 Styles starting from 26th May’ 2020.
Styles we introducing in this camp are “BOLLY-HOP & CONTEMPORARY”.
Each attendee will be provided an
