I want to make breastfeeding, a supportive and educated journey for all mothers.

Becoming a mother changed the way I look at my own mom forever. 🤍

The older I grow, the more I realize how much love exists in the quiet things mothers do every single day — the sacrifices we never noticed, the exhaustion they hid, the care that never stopped.

Motherhood has made me softer, stronger, and infinitely more grateful for the woman who raised me.

To all the mothers holding their families together with love, even on the hard days — I see you. 🌷

Happy Mother’s Day. 🤍

Breastfeeding is natural. But that doesn’t mean it always feels easy.

One day you’re told, “Breastfeed. It’s the best for your baby.”

And the next… “Don’t feed to sleep. You’re creating a habit.”

So many mothers sit there at night, holding their baby, feeding them to sleep… and wondering,

“Why does this feel so right, but everyone says it’s wrong?”

Here’s the truth:

Babies are biologically designed to relax, regulate, and fall asleep at the breast.

It’s not a bad habit. It’s not something you’ve “created.”

It’s how your baby feels safe.

What actually makes a difference is not whether you feed to sleep — but how the entire routine around it looks.

Small changes in timing, flow, and cues can support both connection and better sleep.

You don’t have to choose one over the other.

You’re not doing it wrong. ❤️

If this is something you’ve struggled with, tell me in the comments — I’ll help you understand what might work better for you.

“Every time I start breastfeeding… my baby just falls asleep.”

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
Many babies — especially in the early weeks — tire quickly during feeds and may fall asleep before they get enough milk.

It doesn’t always mean low milk supply.
Sometimes babies simply need time, strength, and the right support to feed effectively.

Understanding the signs early can help you protect your milk supply and support your baby’s feeding journey.
