🌞🌙 The talented team of Winning Vega, Mansarovar left us spellbound with their graceful performance of Surya Namaskar & Chandra Namaskar 🙏✨.
They beautifully explained the mantras and the benefits of each asana, making the experience truly mesmerising to watch 💫.
🧘‍♀️ Surya Namaskar – activates the Surya Naadi (sun channel), energising the body and mind with vitality ☀️.
