Inhale for 4 counts

A longer exhale tells your nervous system that you are safe.
Helps calm panic, racing thoughts & emotional stress.

✨ Your 3-Step Daily Journaling Ritual ✨

If your mind feels heavy or overthinking takes over, try this simple routine every morning or night:

1️⃣ Breathe (1 minute)
Close your eyes, take slow deep breaths, and let your thoughts settle.
Inhale calm. Exhale tension.

2️⃣ Write Your Feelings (3 minutes)
Put your emotions on paper without judging them.
Let your journal hold your fears, stress, hopes — everything.

3️⃣ End With Gratitude (1 minute)
Write 1–3 things you’re thankful for today.
Gratitude shifts your energy and brings clarity.
