Anjana Therapy Kab Nahi Karna…
Sharirik sthiti: Thake hue hone par, rote samay (aankh me pani hone par), periods ke dauran, aur khana sahi se na pacha ho (indigestion) tab nahi lagana chahiye.
Mansik sthiti: Gusse me ya darr/ghabrahat ki sthiti me Anjana mana hai.

Ice Bath Therapy
Preparation: Paani ka temperature 12°C - 15°C rakhein. Paani chest (chhati) tak hona chahiye.
Timing: Shuruat mein sirf 1 से 2 minute rukein. Maximum limit 10 minute hai.
Process: Dhire-dhire paani mein utrein. Ghabrayein nahi, naak se lambi aur gehri saans lein.
After Bath: Bahar nikal kar turant garam paani se na nahayein. Towel se ponchhein, garam kapde pehnein aur sharir ko naturally garam hone dein.
Rule: Khali pet karein aur hafte mein 2-3 baar kaafi hai.

How to apply ?
1. Paraffin wax ko heater ya double boiler mein achhe se pighla lein.
2. Wax ko thoda thanda hone dein. Kalai (wrist) par ek drop daal kar check karein ki zyada garam na ho.
3. Haath/paer ko dho kar sukhayein, phir koi achha loon ya cream laga lein (is-se wax aasani se nikalta hai).
4. Apne haath ya paer ko pighle wax mein 2-3 seconds ke liye dip karein aur nikaal lein. Thoda sukhne par dobara dip karein. Aisa 5 se 7 baar karein taaki ek moti layer ban jaye.
Note: Agar knee ya elbow par lagana hai, toh brush se 5-6 layers lagayein.
5. Wax lagne ke baad us hisse ko plastic bag ya cling wrap se cover karein, phir upar se towel lapet lein taaki garmi andar lock rahe.
6. Isse 15-20 minutes ke liye chhod dein taaki skin ko poori heat aur moisture mile.
7. Towel aur plastic hatayein. Wax ekdum soft ho chuka hoga, use dheere se glove ki tarah utaar dein.
⚠️ Caution: Agar skin par koi cut, ghaav ya jalan ho, toh wax bilkul na lagayein.

Ready: In 12 hours, the soil absorbs the water completely and is ready to use.
