Bring on the abs! 💪🏼 Nothing gets us more excited than a killer ab workout. Today we focused on hitting all the core muscles with exercises like crunches, leg raises, and planks. And let me tell you, we are feeling the burn in all the right places.
You don't have to have a six-pack to have strong abs, but a strong core can improve your posture, balance, and stability in all other exercises. Plus, who doesn't love a little definition in the midsection? 🤩
Don't forget to mix up your routine and challenge yourself to progress. And remember, abs are made in the kitchen too, so don't forget to fuel your body with the right nutrients!

Who's ready to take our shoulders to the next level?! 🙋♀️ We are so excited to be hitting our shoulders today in the gym! We love switching up our routine and targeting different muscle groups, and today it's all about those shoulders. We've got some killer exercises lined up that are going to give us the defined, sculpted shoulders we've been working towards. From the classic seated dumbbell press to target the front and middle delts, to lateral raises to focus on the side delts, and finishing off with reverse flys to hit those rear delts and give our shoulders a well-rounded workout. We can already feel the burn and we're loving it! Who's ready to join us and make those shoulders pop?
