Lets Start with the basics.
Many of you would have heard the word "Functional Movements". But a lot might not know the meaning. Here it goes :
Functional Movements are the ones that mimic motor recruitment patterns found in everyday life i.e how you move on a daily routine. You sit , You pick things off the floor, You carry heavy load for some distance, etc. In all such scenarios, we use compound or multi joints movements which are called functional movements.
To Strengthen these movements and have a healthy lifestyle we work on our functional fitness through strength and conditioning.
