Impossible is nuthing, left is me during the lockdown when i was eating everything since that was the only thing to do then decided to play Mr. Rajasthan bodybuilding and classic physique chamoionship and finished with three titles along with an overall title.
So what i understood from the process was that the intent is what is required cuz everyone just wishes but dont put in efforts and they come from intent . So be focused on yr target and keep going n eventually u will reach there.

Not able to see gains even after doing everything (acc to u)??
Targets seem very far even after investing years into building body of your dreams ???
The thing you are lacking is CONSISTENCY. Consider hitting a nail into a hard surface. If you hit it very hard but only once in a while it might not do the trick or even break or bend the nail. A rather more effective and suggested approach would be to hit slowly each day n one day it might be in . So consistently doing workout and being honest with the diet is whats gonan get you results .
Try sticking to the diet and rhe routine and tell me difference.
