Watch her nail a flawless 90kg Back Squat with textbook biomechanics — neutral spine, controlled descent into full hip flexion, knees tracking over toes, and an explosive drive through the floor activating the glutes, quads, and posterior chain.
From a kinesiology standpoint, the back squat is one of the most complete lower body movements — demanding bilateral hip and knee extension, core stabilization through the transverse abdominis, and full-body tension management. At 90kg, this is not just strength — this is dedication, discipline, and years of consistent work.
