2. In Out Squats
3. Jumping Jacks
4. Mountain Climbers
5. Plank Shoulder Knee Tap
6. Step Toe Tap ( Mommy kicks)
7. Run on your place ( Fast Feet )
8. Bicycles

Each exercise for 30 sec.
Do 3 to 4 sets of whole routine.
Rest 15 sec. in between every exercise if needed. Or 1 min after every set...

Warming up your body before starting any workout routine is necessary.

Doing an exercise correctly is more important than doing more number of reps or sets.

As a busy mom raising two small kids, I struggled to find a workout routine that fit into my busy schedule. Then i found

It was in September 2018 when I decided to join this amazing fitness studio and change my life for the better. It was difficult to follow through but I made sure that I stick to my diet. I followed a low carb, low fat and high protein diet, which also includes the best nutrition called HERBALIFE, Which really helped me a lot. This is been given to me by Zuber sir, my trainer. I stopped consuming sugar. I also made sure I drank almost 4-5 litres of water every day.

I started reducing my weight week after week and got excellent results within 6 months, by loosing 12 kilos in all. After loosing this much, my self confidence increased and day by day I worked more hard. But weight loss is usually easier in the beginning and gets harder over time exactly what happened with me, at that time my trainer, Zuber sir always encouraged me to focus on:
"Fat to Fit"
"Never give up"
"Only you can do it for you"

I really appreciate and thank Zuber sir for motivating and guiding me throughout.

My trainer always says Exercise + Diet + Rest gives you perfect shape.

The harder you work for something, the greater you will feel when you achieve it..
