Try out this style of plank. Keep ur elbow ahead of ur shoulder. Knees are joint together n keep ur glutes tight. It's an amazing workout for ur deep abdominal muscles
A review:
for last three weeks we experimented a new workout regime at Intensity-the heath club.
this regime included same weight same repetetion (heavy weight). after every bout we added a short burst of cardio ex like planks for 45-sec or 7 burpese or 20 crunches.
some of my members including me who did follow this regime regularly have given wonderful results.
what is endurance training and how is it benefitial?
endurance means repetetion so in simple ways it is a form of strength training where we concentrate more on maximum reps rather than maximum weight to be lifted.
endurance training helps to develop lean mass and gives shaping to muscles.
endurance training is very important for people involved in atheletic sports.
u can become fast n furious only with good endurance training.. try it atleast twice in a week with different group of muscles.
