Lose Weight in a Healthy Way
Weight loss is desired by most of us especially housewives, working people who have sitting jobs, obese people and ones who don’t have control on eating.
Most of the people think dieting or skipping meals is an effective and the only way to reduce weight. But do you know;
What Happens when we skip meals?
When we don’t eat then our body starves and it triggers the emergency mechanism in the body which slows the metabolism process. Metabolism is the process of breaking the food and generating energy. Metabolism is very crucial for weight loss as the people who are slim have higher metabolism while the fat ones have lower. Now this slowed metabolism accumulates fat in the body when we eat food, leading to weight gain.
So, what should one do to increase the metabolism?
To increase the metabolism we must follow following activities:
• Must have breakfast within half an hour after workout
• Eat small portions of food in intervals rather than one big meal
• Go for exercise as it is the fastest way to boost metabolism
