I had thyroid, High BP, typhoid, Infection, Skin Allergy, anxiety and excess body fat which was making me unhealthy day by day. My coach Manjit Singh Gill was following me for last 3 years asking to do fatloss but i was ignoring but 1 night i suffered with very hight bp and rushed to hospital after that i realised it time to reduce fat. So visited KK Gill Nutrition Centre. They planned my eating habits, said no to physical exercise as i was over weight , planned diet plan. In 60 days i was feeling amazing energy and 14 kg fatloss. i have many health issues like low energy, body swelling, heart problem, thyroid, high bp, less sleep and many more. Then someone told us KK Gill Nutrotion Centre. Very stressed because of 117 kg weight. Doing work for me was very very tough. Stamina was not good, tiredness was very common. Malnutrition drives me to worst life. but then i got message form Mr Amrik Singh, He gave message to consult with his wellness coaches form jalandhar.
