One of my favourite parts of Ashutosh’s journey wasn’t the weight loss.

It was the day he told me:

“PJ, I used to buy L-sized clothes. Now I’m shopping for S, and most of my clothes are M.”

That hit differently.

Because real transformation isn’t just about the number on the scale.

It’s when:
âś… Clothes fit differently
âś… You feel confident while shopping
âś… You stop hiding behind oversized outfits
âś… You start recognising the person in the mirror again

And the interesting part?

Ashutosh didn’t do anything extreme.

He simply followed the system.

One thing he specifically mentioned was how simple and effective our tracking system felt.

No complicated spreadsheets.
No obsessing over every calorie.

Just clear actions, regular check-ins, accountability, and knowing exactly what to focus on next.

That’s what sustainable transformation looks like.

Not perfection.

Just a system that’s easy enough to follow and powerful enough to create real change.

Proud of you, Ashutosh 👏

Most couples don’t suddenly become unhealthy.👇

It happens slowly.

Late-night ordering.
Weekend binge eating.
No movement.
Always “too busy.”
And slowly… energy, confidence and health start dropping together.

That’s why I genuinely believe one of the best things couples can do is build healthy habits together.

Not extreme routines.
Not spending 2 hours in the gym.

Just simple things:
• walks together
• training together
• better grocery choices
• cooking more at home
• keeping each other accountable

Because when both people move in the same direction…
consistency becomes much easier ❤️

And honestly, this is exactly what we help people build inside SMF too.

A practical fitness system that fits real life, busy schedules and long-term health — not just temporary weight loss.

Marriage changes a lot of things.

Schedules change.
Priorities change.
Life gets busier.

And honestly, that’s exactly why both of us became even more intentional about our health after getting married.

Not in an extreme way.
Not chasing “perfect routines.”

Just small things:
• reminding each other to workout
• planning meals better
• going on walks
• checking in on busy days
• helping each other stay consistent

And slowly, fitness stopped feeling like a task.

It became part of how we live together.

I genuinely feel one of the best things couples can do is grow healthier together.

Because when two people support each other’s goals…
consistency becomes much easier ❤️

And honestly, that’s what accountability should feel like.

Not pressure.
Partnership.

Most people think fitness is only about looking better.

Chetan’s story reminded me it’s much deeper than that.

During one of the toughest phases of his life — when his father was hospitalised and everyone around him started falling sick — he was the only one still standing strong.

Not because life became easy.
Not because his schedule became perfect.

But because for months, he kept showing up consistently.

Small habits.
Better health markers.
Better immunity.
Better energy.

That’s the real transformation.

Not just losing 8+ kgs or 14+ inches.
But becoming physically capable when life tests you.

Because ultimately, why do we get fit?

So when life gets heavy…
our body doesn’t give up first.

DM “SMF” if you want to build a body that supports you for life.
