12 new Referees included in JKBA Technical wing following conclusion of 2-day Referees clinic and exam in Srinagar.

The J&K Basketball Association invites aspiring referees to participate in the 2-Day Referees Clinic and Qualifying Examination for UT Level Referees.

The clinic will be conducted by Mr. Aman Sharma, Former National Referee, Former Head Coach – Indian Men’s Team, and Former High Performance Director at SAI.

This initiative aims to enhance knowledge of the game, improve decision-making skills, and develop confident and competent officials.

Trials for Jr National Basketball on 27th, 28th April

Jammu, April 15

J&K Basketball Association shall hold trials to select UT Junior Men and Women teams on 27th and 28th April at the Basketball arena MA Stadium Jammu at 4:30 PM on both days.

The UT teams shall participate in the 76th Junior National Basketball Championships being organized by Basketball Federation of India at Puducherry from 22-29 May, 2026.

The shortlisted probables shall attend a pre competition coaching camp at the same venue following approval of the J&K Sports Council.

The players born on or after January 1, 2008 are eligible to participate in the trials.
All players have been asked to bring along their original DoB certificates issued by respective civic bodies and adhar cards for verification.

The Junior National Basketball Championship 2026 has been postponed to 22nd May 2026.

As a result, the selection trials scheduled for 25–26 March have been called off for now.

📢 New trial dates will be announced soon. All players are requested to stay prepared and keep training.
