When people ask me "Dan, what is the fastest way to lose fat?", My response is always to not try and lose it fast. The reason being is because when you try to do it fast, you often get led into shortcuts. And while we all want results the fastest and most efficient way, unfortunately they take time. And the industry with market every single shortcut magic pill, magic potion, fit tea, keto diet program to you as they pay any celebrity to endorse it, but unfortunately there is no shortcut. Those products and programs are bogus. Results take time, patience, consistency, and dedication. If it were easy, everybody would be walking with abs and a lean and fit body. You have to remember that is about developing a lifestyle and going for progress not perfection. Embrace the grind and enjoy the journey and learn on the way and stop trying to find shortcuts because they will never work. Results do not come overnight. It is a lifelong journey. Now some would say that one of the below exercise is correct. But! I would like to tell you that both of them are correct based on the purpose.
Left one-wide pullups is to hit "Teres Major" and "Lats" and right one-under hand pullups- is to fully engage your "lats". And obviously both of them shown are the correct form of doing pullups.
