Make it a habit.
Just like we have the habit of brushing our teeth in the morning. Make exercise a habit. Its not something you do a month before an event where you want to look good. We do exercise to stay healthy, stay young, stay strong and perform to the best of our limits.
After a point of time we stop learning, We stop improving ourselves and its irritating. We want to but Somewhere as we get stuck with our jobs and other responsibilities we tend to neglect it.
It can be difficult for the 1st few weeks but as soon as it becomes part of our life it can do wonders for us.
1. Exercise gives us a new challenge everyday making us feel more alive. Breaking the monotony of everyday work. π€
2. The feeling of hitting a new PR can not be explained in words. It gives us a sense of accomplishment. Just this feeling improves our productivity in all fields of life.π
3. Of course it increases energy and strength (Need not to be mentioned).πββοΈ
4. Exercise is a time we spend just with ourselves. Exercise can be therapeutic. It is something we do just for ourselves. π§ββοΈ
Don't neglect it. Start as soon as possible. Good luck π

We need to change the way we look at our meals.
It's not necessary to have 6-8 meals. Even two nutritious meals are more than enough.
When we eat good nutritious food, We are full early as our nutrition requirement are met. But instead we fill ourselves with carbs which is nothing but sugar.

Follow these 3 important things if you are a beginner -
1.Focus on basic movements like squats, bench press etc.
2.Don't rush towards specific workout of arms or chest for first few weeks.
3.Keep intensity level to 15 to 20 rep max. Our main aim is to learn the correct form and not to get injured with heavy sets.
