Didn’t feel like training today.

Busy day, low energy, less sleep…almost skipped.

Still did 30 mins. Nothing crazy. Just moved a bit.
Discipline equals freedom!!

Not part of a workout.

Just wanted to see if I could control this.

16kg kettlebell in rack
12kg clubbell 360s (single arm)

Fully zoned in. No relaxing.

One side stabilising.
Other side moving.
Core working overtime.

This is the kind of strength you don’t build with machines.

Tried it for fun… stayed for the challenge.

Hindu push-ups to finish.

Holding the kettlebell in the rack on one side while pressing with the other creates an offset load.
This challenges the core, shoulder stability, and anti-rotation strength.

Simple movement.
But a great way to build strong, resilient shoulders.

Train smart. Train strong.

Alternating Reverse Mill – Slow to Fast

The Reverse Mill trains the shoulder through internal to external rotation.
Great for building external rotation strength and shoulder resilience.
Useful for combat sports and throwing-based movements.
Start light, move with control, then gradually increase speed and load.
Small tool, big carryover for strong and healthy shoulders.
