Many of you might be curious about access to the swimming pool its privileges and its costs. You can always be a paying member, but this is not about that. This is something much more. This is Aquatics IIT Kanpur.

Since the online semester poses many difficulties in interacting with people, especially the freshers, an online orientation was conducted for you. This is a recap of the same. The purpose is to acquaint each-other. So, do not hesitate to message the page with any questions that you might have!

Finals, 35th Inter-IIT Aquatics Meet
Aquatics IIT Kanpur 4-11 IIT Kharagpur Aquatics

This tournament comes to a wrap with a third position finish by the girls team, and the bois being the runners-up in the fight for the Water-Polo trophy.

Day 3 Highlights:

Amit Badoni bagged his well deserved bronze in Men's 100 m fly. The team of Rachita, Irene, Khushi and Shivangi won the bronze medal in Women's 4x50m freestyle relay.

The waterpolo team continued their winning streak with a win against IIT Delhi. The defence once again did a commendable job. The team will now face Madras in the Semis.

Day 4 Highlights:

The bois had a delicious shark dinner and marched into the finals with a hard fought win against the fast-swimming Madras Sharks. Trailing 3-6 during second quarter, with some excellent gameplay, the team came back from behind to win the game 10-9. The team will next face KGP in the finals.

Inter IIT Aquatics Meet
Day 2 Highlights:

Our golden girl Rachita Bhattacharya bagged gold in Women's 50m fly, 3rd time in a row. "I_reign" Grace also "reigned" the waters as she finished off 4th in the same event.

The waterpolo team emerged victorious after a tense match against IIT Guwahati. Leading by just 1 goal at half time, the bois kept their cool and with a combined team effort, they made it through. With 2 wins in a row, the team has qualified for the semis.

Day 1 Highlights:

Visvesh 'Subbu' Subramani bagged silver in Men's 200m breaststroke.

The waterpolo bois kicked off their campaign with a comfortable victory against IIT Roorkee. The defence did a commendable job, restricting the opponents to just 2 goals.
