The company has its milk processing plant at Jainpur, Ramabai Nagar, India with a total milk handling capacity of more than 315,000 liters per day. This unit is equipped with the modern technology and latest plant and machineries for processing the milk in the best controlled way and producing the product through stringent quality checks. The company produces a wide range of dairy products like Pasteurized Liquid Milk, Cream, White Butter, Table Butter, Ghee (Hydrogenated Milk Fats), Skim Milk Concentrate, Skimmed Milk Powder, Instant Food Mixes like Gulab Jamun Mix, Instant Chhena Mix etc. packed in various consumer packing from 200 ml to 15 kg and bulk packing under the company owned brand names “UJJWAL”, “SHIKHAR”, “VERIFRESH” and “CIMA”. The company has nation-wide sales and marketing network in India with its head office at Kanpur. Apart from the Kanpur office, company also a marketing office at New Delhi. The company also supplies to various institutions ranging from MNCs to Government bodies. With single minded focus on increasing productivity and sustaining quality while fulfilling its corporate social responsibilities, the company was awarded three most prestigious awards of India i.e. a) We have won the coveted Leaders of Tomorrow Award instituted by India Mart, ET-Now& ORG Nielson. The award was bestowed on us by Honb’le Union Minister of Finance – Government of India Mr. Chidambaram at a grand ceremony held at Noida. This award not only recognizes our efforts in creating a benchmark for others to follow for a uniquely successful business model which provides growth and profits but also is closely integrated to the welfare of the bottom of its pyramid i.e. the milk farmers; aimed at bringing a transforming growth in their living standards. b) Winning the prestigious National Award, 2009 for Outstanding Efforts in Entrepreneurship in MSEs (Mfg.) – Special Recognition Award has been a significant achievement for the whole Tasty Dairy family who under the leadership of Mr. Atul Mehra – a young visionary has been adding feathers in its cap one after another. The Award was bestowed upon our Chairman and Whole Time Director Mr. Atul Mehra at a grand ceremony at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. c) “Rajiv Gandhi National Quality Award, 2007” is instituted by Ministry of Agriculture, Food & Civil Supplies of Government of India and Bureau of Indian Standards on lines of Malcolm Bridge Award of USA. This award holds paramount importance in quality circles of India and the winners of this award are considered as “Champions of Quality Movement of India”. The award was given to us by Honorable Agriculture Minister of Government of India Mr. Sharad Pawar, in a grand ceremony held in New Delhi. This award authenticates our resolution and firm commitment towards the best processes and quality standards applicable on us. Winning this award confirms the fact that our ISO 22000:2005 certified process methodologies and quality practices are of the highest standard, and that they provide consistent, world–class results and benefits to our esteemed clients and society we live in. d) “National Productivity Award” instituted by Ministry of Food Processing Industry of Government of India and National Productivity Council of India is given for increasing productivity over the years and setting up example for others to follow. The award was bestowed upon us by Honorable Minister of Food Processing Industries of Government of India Mr. Subodh Kant Sahai. The remarks given by National Productivity Council on winning this award was, “The performance of your organization in productivity enhancement that deserves highest appreciation by all concerned will no doubt help in making the Indian Food Processing Sector and economy stronger and more competitive”. e) The company has won CSR Leadership Award which testifies its effort in making the lives of our fellow citizens better. Apart from these national level awards, the company has numerous feathers in its cap like “4 Star Category Award” by DIC, Uttar Pradesh – India, various recognition awards for participating in Kisan Melas (Farmers Fair) and spreading knowledge and awareness of clean milk production and veterinary assistance including cross-breeding through artificial insemination and cattle feed. The company also received “Certificate of Appreciation” from one of its regular customers M/s. Parle Products Private Limited and has received appreciation from Vidya Dairy, Anand for our positive contribution in their growth and progress. The company also conducts regular seminars and workshops on hygienic milk production, farm management and other social causes like AIDS, Pulse Polio etc. Apart from our endeavors at present, we have certain plans for our future also:

• The company is interested in export and import of dairy products and wishes to make a mark for itself in international trade of dairy products.
• The company wishes to launch new products like UHT Milk, Pro-biotic Dahi, Casein, Whey Powder, Lactose etc.
• Under the purview of its corporate social responsibilities, the company wishes to open a hospital and a school for underprivileged section of our society, where the needy ones would get free treatment and free education for their wards. Memberships:

• The company has run a CSR program named Netra-jyoti under which vision of thousands of school going children was checked and assistance in correcting their vision was given.

• Our company offers congenial work conditions for its employees by running a host of welfare activities like “free scholarships for the wards of employees”, “conducting seminars of different subjects like QMS system, HACCP, Food safety etc. in order to increase their knowledge level”, “gifting them on festivals, birthdays and anniversaries”, “conducting entertainment get-together etc.

• The company offers better rates and cash payment for the milk producers who are coming directly to the company thereby helping them to raise their standard of living.

• The company provides free insurance facilities for milk suppliers and their cattle. The company also provides free scholarship for the wards of all our registered suppliers who bring milk to our units on daily basis under its education project “PRAYAAS” in collaboration with Rotary Club of Kanpur Industrial.

• The company motivates general farmers to take up milk production as part of their regular business by conducting seminars and providing them with the knowledge of animal husbandry, clean milk production and assistance from veterinarian doctors during Kisan Melas (Farmers Fair) conducted by different prominent Agriculture Universities of India. And for these noble efforts the company has been categorically awarded at numerous times.

• The company is running “Free Drinking Water Project” in collaboration with Rotary Club of Kanpur Industrial during summer season through it’s dedicated water tankers for providing potable drinking water in needy areas.

• The company also conducts seminars on health issues like AIDS, Pulse Polio etc. for creating general awareness among employees; the last of which was a street play on AIDS conducted in collaboration with CII.

• The company has adopted a complete village named “Narainpur” situated in remote area of Uttar Pradesh in India for its overall development concentrating mainly on issues like education, health, availability of clean and potable drinking water. In this village the company has changed the face of its primary school by providing them with complete infrastructure including books, dress, furniture, scholarships, building etc.
