Day 02/40
1. Start your day with soaked and peeled almonds(4-6) or soaked raisins (6-7)
2. Ghee is great for PCOD, diabetes, BP, acidity and constipation.eat ghee without fear,without guilt .add 1tsp of ghee to breakfast, lunch or dinner.
3.3000 steps a day + workout session
4. At least one meal without gadgets.
5.No gadget 30 minutes before sleeping.

Day 0
1.Motivate Yourself,I will accomplish this challenge.
2.To start a Day 1,you need good sleep.so go to bed early.
3. Eat Dinner before 2-3 hours of your bedtime.
4.Spend 5 minutes with God .Thank you God for Your Unconditional love.
5.Tell Your Partner 'I Love You'.
