12 kg down, but this journey has been about so much more than a number on the scale.

Looking back, this path was filled with ups and downs, moments of self-doubt, inconsistency, and days when giving up felt easier than showing up. Yet, here I am today, stronger, healthier, and more confident than I was when I started.

A huge part of this achievement belongs to my coach, Anandhu V.S. His professionalism, dedication, patience, and constant motivation helped me stay focused even when I struggled to believe in myself. Under his guidance, I underwent not only weight loss and strength training, but also embraced a healthier diet and a more sustainable lifestyle. Every step of this transformation was built on consistency, discipline, and trust in the process.

I would also like to thank Arise Gym for providing an excellent training environment, top-quality equipment, and facilities that made this journey both effective and enjoyable.

Most importantly, thank you to my family, friends, gym buddies, and all my dear ones who encouraged me, checked in on me, celebrated my small victories, and reminded me to keep going when things got tough. Your support means more than words can express.

This isn't the end of the journey—it's just the beginning of a stronger and healthier version of myself.
