CONGRATULATIONS...
The Ernakulam District Cricket Association places on record its sincere appreciation and gratitude to all those who contributed to the successful completion of the EDCA District Division League 2025-26.
7 Divisions, 208 Matches , started on 12 Jan, finished on 14 May..
The league, which commenced in January 2026, concluded today after months of competitive cricket across divisions. This would not have been possible without the collective effort and commitment of several individuals and institutions.
We express our heartfelt thanks to:
Chairman and Members, League Committee - For your meticulous planning, efficiency in scheduling , rescheduling matches because of examinations, short notices about unavailability of grounds, overnight rains, kca schedules etc, and tireless communication with clubs, perfect ex*****on in ensuring the smooth conduct of all divisional matches without disruption.
Curators – Hamsa, Madhu, Sijo and all other ground staffs– For your dedication in preparing and maintaining excellent playing surfaces at various grounds throughout the season, despite challenging conditions.
Institutions – St. Paul’s College, Kalamassery; Rajagiri College; and M.A. College, Kothamangalam – For generously providing your grounds and extending continued support to district cricket.
Umpires and Scorers – For your professionalism, integrity, and commitment in officiating all matches across divisions. Your role was vital in upholding the standards of the game.
Players and Clubs – For your sporting spirit, discipline, and cooperation with the schedules and regulations of the league. Your participation is the foundation of district cricket.
Fellow Executive Committee Members - For your valuable advice, guidance, and support at every stage of the league.
The successful completion of this league reflects the strength of teamwork and shared purpose within the Ernakulam cricketing fraternity.
EDCA looks forward to your continued cooperation in all future initiatives.
With warm regards,
