Years back Kathakali was performed for many days that also at late nights. But now stories are edited for just one or two hours that also to demonstrate in front of the foreigners only. The situation of Kathakali, icon of Kerala is going through a very bad situation. A few people only come forward to learn this art forms. Even Malayalees are not interested to watch this cultural art. Within a short period itself these art forms will become show case arts. " Noopura School of Dance &music " who has offered a lot of great things for the cultural and artistic world of Kerala, it is starting an attempt to spread out the spiritual light of these art forms all over the Kerala and also trying to present the greatness of Kerala in front of the foreigners.
